Have questions about nutrition? Not sure how to plan for a busy day on campus? Looking for guidance when it comes to eating a balanced diet?

Nutrition Consultation

    • Work with a Registered Dietitian to determine your unique nutrition needs. Students share what they currently eat and discuss practical ways to improve nutrient intake. Follow up appointments are available to promote long-term behavior change.

MyFAU - Balanced Eating

    • Nutrition services are now being offered through Student Health Services at Florida Atlantic. Students can see a registered dietitian for individual consultations that address an array of nutrition topics.

Dean of Students - Beyond Food Program

    • The Beyond Food Program and Food Pantry is a holistic program that utilizes the expertise of various on and off campus resources in assisting Florida Atlantic students in need to raise their food security level to persist toward academic success. Furthermore, based on the availability of donations we would like to serve any Florida Atlantic student by providing a 3-day supply of canned and/or non-perishable food to those experiencing food insecurity.

    • Get Wise is an after-hours academic resource and student support service center located in Atlantic Park Towers and Glades Park Towers. During operational hours, the APT Center is staffed with a desk assistant and available for open use, while the GPT center is staffed by highly trained learning assistants, subject area tutors and writing consultants (please see their webpage for specific times).

The Body Project

    • What’s fun about The Body Project? Prizes will be given and a certificate of completion for students who attend both sessions. The sessions are broken up into two 2.5-hour sessions, held one week apart. You will be part of a small group of students discussing the appearance ideal and how to fight back against it.
